Standard Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking:

Full Refund: Cancellations made 14 days or more before your scheduled check-in date are eligible for a full refund.

Partial or No Refund: Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Early Departure

No refunds will be issued for early departures once you have checked in.

Rescheduling

We offer a one-time complimentary reschedule for bookings changed 14 days or more before check-in, subject to availability. A rate difference may apply if your new dates fall in a higher season or rate period.

Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

Hemlock Reserve is not responsible for weather conditions, road closures, or other acts of nature that may impact your stay. Refunds will not be issued for weather-related cancellations.

No-Show Policy

Guests who do not arrive for their reservation without prior notice will be charged the full booking amount and are not eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or reschedule:

Include your name, booking dates, and reason for cancellation or reschedule.

Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Changes to This Policy

Hemlock Reserve reserves the right to update this Refund & Replacement Policy at any time. Please review it before making a booking.
